Wow 😮 A lot of people are seeing this story and thinking watermelon itself was the danger, but that’s NOT what investigators say happened.

According to reports out of Mumbai, India, a family of four tragically passed away after eating watermelon at home. Investigators later found traces of zinc phosphide, a highly toxic rat poison, in the watermelon and in the victims’ systems.

Right now, authorities believe this may involve contamination or poisoning, not ordinary watermelon itself.

This is also a reminder:
• Wash fruits before cutting
• Be careful where food is stored
• Pay attention to unusual smell, taste, or appearance
• Don’t spread panic before facts are confirmed

The investigation is still ongoing.

Federal authorities say Los Angeles just witnessed one of the largest drug seizures in city history after investigators uncovered what officials described as “apocalyptic scenes” inside multiple warehouse locations tied to a massive narcotics trafficking operation. According to reports, agents discovered mountains of illegal drugs stacked floor to ceiling, including suspected methamphetamine, co***ne, fentanyl, and he**in, with the estimated street value reaching more than $1 billion. Photos released from the scene showed industrial-sized pallets loaded with narcotics as heavily armed law enforcement officers secured the sprawling properties.

Investigators believe the operation was connected to an organized trafficking network using Southern California warehouses as major distribution hubs for drugs moving across the United States. Authorities said the scale of the seizure stunned even veteran narcotics agents, with some comparing the scene to a cartel distribution center rather than a typical local bust. Multiple agencies reportedly worked together during the coordinated raids, including federal task forces, DEA agents, and local police units, after a lengthy investigation involving surveillance and intelligence gathering.

Officials warned that the seizure highlights the growing power and sophistication of transnational drug organizations operating within the U.S., especially as fentanyl continues fueling overdose deaths nationwide. Authorities have not yet released the full number of arrests connected to the operation, but investigators say the case remains active and additional raids could follow. Law enforcement officials described the bust as a major blow to organized narcotics trafficking in the region, though they acknowledged that cartel-linked supply chains remain deeply embedded across the country. It was spot on 🤣

That reel is a classic example of “unintentional” comedy on live television. The context involves two news anchors attempting to report on a serious story about a missing person—a father being searched for by his young daughter. Because the family didn’t have a photo available, the news station aired a crude, hand-drawn sketch by the little girl to help identify him.

The humor explodes when the anchors, who are trying to maintain their professional “news voices,” see the sketch for the first time. The drawing is a simple stick-figure-style face with two massive, wild puffs of hair on the sides of a bald head. As they reveal that the father has been found and show his actual photo next to the drawing, the resemblance is so hilariously accurate that the anchors completely lose their composure, collapsing into fits of laughter and even disappearing under their desks. 🇺🇸 Authorities in Pennsylvania say a 34-year-old man is staring down nearly 500 criminal counts after investigators uncovered more than 100 human skeletal remains spread across his car, home, and a storage unit. The case unraveled after a string of cemetery thefts was caught on surveillance.

Police also linked the remains to an Instagram account, “deadsh*tdaddy,” where he allegedly ran an online skeleton-selling operation.
