Hey snackstronauts! Unfortunately, I won’t be at Family Fun Fest this evening, but wanted to announce that you can still find Space City Snacks at Stableside!

Our infamous Hive Mind Honeycomb Candy can be found on ’s charcuterie boards and are sold by the bag in store! We also are located at their location as well. So after shopping at all the amazing vendor booths, cool off and enjoy a nice crisp glass of Sauvignon Blanc with a small or large snack board!

Wow! I am absolutely blown away with the love and support of this Mayhem launch! Thank you to everyone who’s ordered, liked a post, shared a link, and left a review! Every little thing makes a huge impact on small businesses, and it never goes unnoticed ❤️

My favorite part of this sneak peek is introducing the newest offering for this upcoming month of MAYhem: our variety of snack packs! I promised I would make it worth it!

That’s right, we’re making teacher appreciation week just a little bit easier. These cute 2-cup carriers will contain either a Core Curriculum Crunch Snack Mix or bag of Hive Mind Honeycomb to pair with a gift card ($10) displayed in the cutest way!

This definitely gets an A for Appreciation!

This cult favorite is back again per request! These are our Once in a Bleu Moonchies!

This addictive lil bites are perfectly balanced: sweet and spicy pecans are sandwiched together with whipped bleu cheese before being freeze dried, and the result is everything you want in flavor. The savory and pungent cheese balances out the heat and sweetness from the pecans and makes the whole experience so harmonious.

The best part though? Being able to eat cheese any time and anywhere. Freeze drying this snack makes them shelf stable and available to bring wherever you are!

These pair great with a happy hour beverage or nestled in to a charcuterie display. Don’t sleep on these! They only come out once in a blue moon!

Our next snack mix making its debut is Pluto Puppy Chow!

This may be a local colloquialism, but puppy chow was the ultimate treat growing up! Chex covered in chocolate, peanut butter, and powdered sugar was crunchy, sweet, a little salty, and oh-so-addicting!

We’ve taken the puppy chow concept and updated the flavor profile to mimic a Dubai chocolate bar by mixing dark chocolate, pistachio cream, and finishing with the signature powdered sugar coating. Then, we’ve added dark chocolate covered pistachios and freeze dried strawberries to round out the whole treat! The best part? It’s a gluten free option for those that want to experience the crunchy Dubai trend!

Are you on the Dubai lover’s train? Call me the conductor because I’m all aboard!!

Zucchini Parmaggeddon Chips are back by popular demand for this launch! This crunchy veggie is one of my all time favorites and I just know you’ll love it as much as I do!

Thinly sliced zucchini is topped with tomato sauce, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning before being roasted in the oven until the cheese is nice and melty. Once freeze dried, these chips are packed with savory pizza flavors without all the carbs! The cheese gives them great crunch and the combination of veggie + pizza checks all the boxes.

Don’t miss a thang on Monday when these go live at 7:00pm!

Our Mama Needs Space…Mix debuted at ’s event and it sold out within minutes!! We are absolutely loving the reaction to our first bespoke snack mix in this lineup!

We carefully selected freeze dried caramel corn and freeze dried strawberries to be combined with white chocolate chips, salty roasted almonds, and chocolate covered espresso beans. All of our snack mixes include freeze dried elements to give it that extra level of crunch and extra something that you can’t find anywhere else.

Our freeze dried caramel corn is lighter than air, doesn’t stick in your teeth, and somehow separates the saltiness and depth of caramel to savor them at different times. Sure you can get freeze dried strawberries anywhere, but they’re over processed and fragile little slivers. Ours are thick cut and have a more delicate bite so you can let the strawberry flavor shine right on through!

This curated blend of sweet, salty, and crunchy is designed to fuel moms through snack requests, endless questions, and everything in between. A little nutritious, a little indulgent, a little energy boosting.

Boy, have we been BUSY! Thanks to all of you that came out to this month’s events to support me and all the other small businesses. I know that many are having to make some big pivots and decisions with the closing of Painted Tree, and I am just blown away to see how this community has rallied for them!

Our Snack Mayhem Launch is just around the corner! Next Monday, April 27th at 7:00 p.m., will be our last launch until the Fall, so set your alarms because this is going to be a good one!

We’re officially launching FOUR new snack mixes, and the rest of the line up will be full of favorites for moms, teachers, nurses, heck even hardworking small business owners need a pick me up sometimes!

Thank you to all of you that have ordered during this 5 year birthday/anniversary launch! It still amazes me when I see new names pop up AND some of the same names every single launch even after all this time ❤️

My cup is overflowing with gratitude at y’all’s support in every form, and I just need you to know how very grateful I am that y’all continue to show up for this small business I’ve built. Truly the best customers in the galaxy 🌌
