🤩 Cast Iron is trending! Saw this segment on the Today show. If you weren’t already convinced you should cook in cast iron, you will be after watching. The segment includes a recipe for pan seared pork chops. I will be trying this recipe for sure!

🍳 Quick Troubleshooting
• Rust? Scrub with steel wool or a scouring pad until smooth, wipe with magic eraser, if needed use a bit of apple cider vinegar with the magic eraser, but don’t leave the vinegar on too long. Rinse, dry thoroughly, and re-season.
• Sticky residue? That’s excess oil from seasoning. Bake the pan upside down at 400°F for an hour to even it out.
