I just finished a limited run of 15 hand-finished, wood-burned spoons—each one completely unique, rustic, and full of personality!
The incredible burn patterns were created using electrical current (thanks to my talented friend Bill!), and I polished each one with tung oil to highlight the natural grain.
Perfect for gifting or adding a little handcrafted enchantment to your kitchen.

Fairy dress… but make it upcycled! ✨🧚‍♀️♻️

What happens when you collect a bunch of old scarves, have a questionable amount of thread, and believe in magic?.........
You accidentally make a fairy dress!

This dreamy creation is made entirely from upcycled scarves because why not turn forgotten fabrics into something whimsical? Now I just need a woodland tea party or a reason to dramatically twirl in the wind.

Should I make more of these? Or should I just start showing up to normal places like the grocery store dressed like an enchanted forest queen? 👑

The Squirrel’s Secret

We scurry, we scramble, we race through the day,
Chasing the minutes that slip fast away.
Hearts full of hurry, minds tangled in spin,
Caught in the rush, yet longing within.

But pause for a moment—just like the wise,
The squirrel who sits with closed, knowing eyes.
He gathers not acorns, nor dashes about,
But sinks into stillness, dissolving all doubt.

For within the hush, the answers reside,
Not in the frenzy, but deep down inside.
Breathe in, breathe out, let time fade away,
Find peace in the stillness—it’s here to stay.

Whispering winds in the twilight glow,
Sing of lands we used to know.
Where moonbeams danced on silver streams,
And dreams were more than childhood dreams.

A castle stands beyond the trees,
Built on wishes, soft as breeze.
Its towers rise in starry veils
No one is too old for fairy tales.

The dragon’s fire, the hero’s quest,
The hidden door, the treasure chest.
The magic spark within our hearts,
Still lingers though we’ve played our parts.

For every wrinkle, every year,
Has held a tale we hold so dear.
And deep inside, the stories stay,
Like fireflies that light the way.

So close your eyes and take my hand,

✨ Stepping Out of My Comfort Zone—Fairy Style! ✨

This month’s Art Walk at Espresso Yourselfie was an adventure in more ways than one! I got to dress up as a fairy, talk about my art, hand out crystals, and even dive into the wild and wacky world of Go Photo Yourselfie.

Let’s be real—I’m not usually one to put myself out there like this. Social events and self-promotion have always made me anxious, but this time, I pushed through the fear and fully embraced the moment. And guess what? I had a BLAST.

Artists (and introverts) often struggle with promoting their work, even when it’s something we’re truly proud of. But this night reminded me how important it is to step outside our comfort zones, laugh a little, and just enjoy the ride.
