Hey you!

Long time no talk! How’s life been?

Life hit fast and hard for me over the last year… I took a full time job in Dec 2023 then completely shifted my career path in May of 2024 and it’s taken me quite awhile to gain my footing enough to balance my day job AND my business. Not gonna lie, I lost some of my confidence for a bit there and didn’t feel that I was worthy of success in my business.

If you’re seeing this, comment where you’re from down below… wondering if the algorithm will even push me out there with it being so long between posts.

Anyways how ya been? How’s the family? What did you accomplish in 2024? What’s your 2025 goals?

Hoping to get back into production here soon…. Missed you all and can’t wait to design for you again 💙

Long time no see S&MD fam!
Sorry we went MIA for a hot minute there.

I spent last year from October to like, Christmas emotionally an anxious mushy mess. I knew it was a “PTSD time of year” but I didn’t know why until last year… and then I lost some really important people in my life which just added to the feelings I already had and well… I fell off the face of the earth lol.

I started a new job at the end of the year (that I LOVE) and I finally feel like I’ve got a good enough grip on that so I’m ready to do a small product drop and get some on hand stock moving — can you say CLEARANCE SALE?!

So stay turned and to those who have stuck around and waited for me to return, I love you and can’t wait to grow with you again!

🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE - TURN AROUND TIME DELAY 🚨

All orders awaiting fulfillment will be delayed by 72 hours.

This is a temporary delay due to my husband suffering a concussion (again). We are currently in the ER waiting to make sure there’s no bleed or anything but with his extensive history with TBIs and Post Concussive Syndrome we know that it’s going to set us back a little bit.

As you may know, we are a family run business. My husband is a huge part of that. He will need to rest for the next couple of days to make sure this concussion doesn’t set him back like the last one did.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the delay.

If I seem spacey or forgetful, it’s because I’m stressed out; physically and mentally.

Honestly most days I don’t even know what day it is… we’ll thank hubs rotating work schedule for that and the fact that I am working pretty much every day these days.

I’ve gone from a full body pain flare up to a gastrointestinal flare up and a “POTS like symptoms” (because I don’t have an official diagnosis yet) flare up. My ankles and feet haven’t swelled up in like a month or more and I had finally stopped feeling dizzy all the time and now it’s all back… blood pooling, rapid heartbeat, the tunneling in my vision if I sit up or stand up too fast, the dizziness… all of it is back.

So if I seem like I don’t have my s**t together, I don’t.
I’m trying… but I’d be lying if I said I did.
