Hot rod Tele!

This is the second guitar brought to me. It’s his number 1 Telecaster, a bit of a Frankenstein build, and super cool! He was having a ground loop issue with his bridge pickup (which is a very nice La Brea) that ended up being a simple fix after a little bit of troubleshooting.

— Chet Atkins style arm with short spring

🚨Red hot guitar alert!🚨

This 1992 Custom Shop Country Gentleman is a one-of-one guitar that was special ordered by the legendary Chet Atkins! It was having some tuning stability issues that ended up being strings binding in the nut. I had to fill some of the slots and my diamond coated nut files performed flawlessly. Back in 2018, Gruhn Guitars confirmed the authenticity of this instrument.
A couple cool details: the arm was supplied by Chet himself. This guitar is based off of the L5 model which carries a 25.5” scale length as opposed to the 24.75” scale length common to other Gibson models.

Another setup out the door!!! 🥳

Squier Strat in a cool shade of Pink. Floated the bridge; leveled, crowned, and polished the frets; got the action nice and low, made sure intonation was spot-on, cleaned the pots, and adjusted the pickups for balance. 9’s.
