I’m going to be trying to do too much in this post. But let’s go!

This post will be where we keep the official list for the 2 case breaks. I’ll also try to update via story post.

I also want to do as many retirement thank you’s as I can, while I am at the store. I have been doing too much driving w/ sashimi in traffic. I would love too continue, but 10-15 hours during a week is just not productive. I need to really start to focus on selling inventory and getting store ready.

Aloha All!
I know this is very short notice. However, since I’ll be working next Saturday, I figure I would try to be the most productive. I am hoping to do a couple of case splits.
Here are what I’m hoping to split:

1) 2020 Topps Chrome F1 hobby case 12 boxes. $2300/cash, wire or Zelle or $2440 credit card. I want to pre sell minimum 6 of 12 the F1 boxes to have case opened.

2) 2025 Topps Chrome Football Jumbo 8 Box Case. $1595 /cash, wire or Zelle or $1695
credit card.
*Must presell all 8 boxes.

I am pre-selling boxes for May 23rd, 4pm live, but recorded case splits. 

Boxes sold will be randomized. Dice will be rolled for # of randomization.

For F1 Racing Top box on left side is #1, bottom box on right side is last box.

2025 Topps Chrome FB Jumbo case is 2 stacks of 4.
Top left box is box 1, rt box is 2,
3 is below 1, 4 is below 2.
5 is 2nd row under 1 and so on.

Reservations being taken now thru IG DM’s, in person at store or via phone 808-533-4886.  
 Full payment due by May 22nd, unless you make prior arrangements with Paula. Cases to be live video opened and recorded May 23, 2026. Then posted on our IG for reference.

The reason I like to offer case splits on higher priced products is because it offers a chance to buy boxes that all have a chance to have the “A” item from the case. Plus, if you decide to buy to hold the product as an investment, there would be video proof here on IG of how you got the product.

Aloha All!

11am Monday, May 11th, 2026.
Special store opening to allow a father to make good on acquiring a ETB. Hope wanted to buy an ETB at $200 sometime last year. She was talking about it to her father, who is a seasoned collector and now sometime show dealer. He assured her, he could find it cheaper…

He tried, but he never did. Earlier this year Del, texted me a list of 3 ETB’s he was looking for. I didn’t recall him ever buying Pokemon from me, so I kind ignored it l. Plus, Paldean Fates is a super popular ETB. I hadn’t seen one in way over a year. Finally, after a 3rd text, I called him and found out the backstory. I had to help. I went looking for a case.

Finding a case wasn’t that hard. The price was. Really, couldn’t do much about that. But, I did my best on the price and took less markup. Del, has been a regular and friend, since 2000. He also one of two friend who helps me w/ tech. IG, iphone & tv app issues.

Since I had a whole case coming, I called Dennis and asked if he wanted in. He had just bought the UPC. He’s been hunting for investments. The first product I put him into was . Then the 151 UPC. I’ve already done well with this ETB. It had already went up $100 before they even paid.

Dennis, has been a friend and customer of the store since he was a student at Punahou.

BTW, at the end. Del, bought another ETB for his other daughter Nalani. They are such lucky kids.💝

Both these men are such fun to talk to. The sports talk during this case break was next level! So fun! Thank you very much!

Paldean Fates ETB’s are for sale. There are 3 w/ slight imperfections on the shelf at $599 and 4 hiding in the case for $650. Dealer to dealer replacement is currently $500. We usually use a 30% markup and pricing can move with as replacement prices move.

Aloha! This is a late post with the most updated information about life after double knee replacement.

This past Thursday was post surgery week 11. By most family & friends assessments I am doing extremely well. By my PT specialist said I’m good but need much more work!??

From the day of my surgery to early April my main goal was going to the opening Bruno Mars concert in LV. It was only 7 weeks from my surgery. Well, I made it with a couple of nieces in tow. How convenient that one of them is a licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon. Also note that Sky, is the niece that I wanted to join Padawan in taking over the card store. I’m still hopeful. 🙏 Sierra just turned 21. What’s more fun than LV at 21!

My friend and head PT guy was in a car accident 2 weekends ago and is recovering. Please pray for Dean.🙏Maybe he may have to join me in rehab. He’s such a stud, I have no doubt he can do what it takes so long as injuries aren’t permanent.

It’s been downhill since then. Especially, since my knees don’t hurts much anymore. I have since lost focus on what is my most important task. It’s continuing efforts to increase straightening, flexibility & strengthening my knees for the next 3 months (in that order). Apparently, where I am at the end of 6 months is as good my knees will likely ever get. Because it’s healed too much by then to do much else.
Straightening my left knee is at 10-12 & right 5 degrees.
Bending right knee is almost there, left knee needs much more effort bc it’s still really tight.

Due to Dean’s accident I saw a PT named Steve last Thursday. I had a great session! Glad to work with Steve bc he really put in my mind to really work hard bc I can be so much better...So my thoughts of being at the store more have been quashed for now. I am going to focus & work hard. I’ll be at the store a few times a week. I’ll post times. Time will go by quickly. 🙏

I had to make it from our seats to Mandalay Parking using a walker. I made it, at 7 weeks!! Very Proud & Sore…

Just turned 21 in October. 1st time in LV being legal!

Sierra had a school final, Tuesday after the weekend. She honestly studied plenty. 💪🏻

Sunset regional park walking path. Fed the rabbits sliced apples. We feed them everytime we go to LV. ☺️

My fav meal this trip. Singapore noodles from Mandalay Bay Noodle shop.

State of the store, 5:30pm Wednesday May 6th.

Hi All!
Idk, where all the time goes…Hump day has come and gone. Time is back to just flying by.

I will be back to cover the store in later May. Padawan is taking some well deserved time off. I’ll double check dates and be back to let you know.

While I am there, I am going to try and line up some retirement thank you’s, since I’ll be at the store for a few days. I’ll be doing both Beef Jerky and Blue Fin Sashimi. However, sashimi thank you’s maybe coming to an end soon. Check your DM’s. I need to stop driving around. Plus, trays are almost $40.

Hey, now that I will be able to stand for longer periods of time, maybe I’ll start to make boiled peanuts again. Who remembers them? Haven’t made boiled peanuts since 2019. Maybe coming back soon! 🥜

Recently, I’ve been taking pictures of the store shelves, or have them taken, so I can remember what’s there. I figured, I’d share them with you, so you can know what we have.

Pictures taken today by Vanna 1 after they closed, so if you see it, it’s there.

I have to really start to focus on cleaning and transitioning the store. Mid July is my focused start date. Well, need to do some knee homework. I’ll probably post my last full need update tomorrow.

Happy Saturday!
Hi All!
Hmmm, where does all the time go? SMH, I’ve said, and planned to post my Padawan’s booster bundle break. IDK why it’s taken over a week to do this post. The booster bundle delivery was not 280, i think it was 275. It feels long ago & far away…bundle delivery was on April 16th.

The first two videos have been posted before. Decided to repost so you can see our process when we get bulk orders like this Keith a.k.a. Vanna 1, sorts and repack them into used FedEx boxes. Each box holds 50 booster bundles. We then tag the box with contents and label who we got them from.
We also randomly open the clear shrink wrap off of a few random booster bundles to make sure sealed, and what the contents are what they are supposed to be. Most of the packs are put into our pack boxes for sale. However, every once in a while, Reyna gets lucky and I let her open the booster bundle. Especially if the box is really smashed like this one was. I hope you enjoy our break.

State of the store, 6:30pm Wednesday 4/22.

Hi All!
Recently, I’ve been taking pictures of the store shelves so I can remember what’s there. I figured, I’d share them with you so you know what we have.

Pictures taken yesterday after we closed, so if you see it, it’s there. Person who called for Disney Neon Hobby, there are least 7 boxes. I hope you can make it down to get one (Disney Neon Hobby price just reduced to $239).

It’s 3am, so going back to sleep. Yes, I will post Padawan’s Pokemon Phantasmal Flames Booster Bundle break next.
