We are Ron and Raylani, founders of FOOSTER Surf, established in Hawai'i to revolutionize the surf industry and unleash the “square board revolution.”

Living in Hawai'i in the late 90s, Ron observed a lot of surfers weren't on the right equipment, preventing them from unlocking their potential.

We took a holistic approach in building our boards, looking at everything that matters most to surfers. The result is a careful integration of the latest advances into our boards, including optimizing volume and proprietary fin technology that puts the FOOSTER board in a class by itself. We are excited to share this with you and the world.

This was the genesis of the FOOSTER concept and the beginning of a two-year journey to revolutionize the surfing industry. The name, FOOSTER, was derived by the two key deliverables from our products… fast and loose!
