Some might wonder what is Vanilla Sugar?

Granulated sugar (2 cups)
Vanilla Paradise bean (1 bean from inside each 8oz jar)

Simple Instructions:

Combine: Place the sugar in a jar and add the whole vanilla paradise bean(s) (sliced open).
Tip: I place vanilla beans and some sugar in food processor to maximize the seeds. The pod is 100% edible.

Seal: Close the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place.

Wait: Allow the mixture to infuse for 4-8 weeks. Shake and roll the jar every few days.

Usage:
You can use vanilla sugar as a 1:1 substitute for regular sugar in recipes. It works well in coffee, tea, baked goods, and desserts. Enjoy your homemade vanilla paradise sugar!
