This weekend I learned that you don't simply shoot a wahoo. You get lucky enough for one to choose to come close to you. Day 1 I missed 3 and tore out of a 4th. Today I took one shot and landed this little beauty. Thanks to Ryan's back up shot 🙌 we were able to get it on the box. I also learned that the weather and fish won't wait for you.

Just book the trip. If you guys are interested in shooting wahoo get with Ben. He's a spearfishing only charter and will work to get you the fish. He's quick to reset when it doesn't look good and will give you the knowledge needed. Thanks again .

This weekend, Shawn’s beloved Poontoon capsized during a sudden storm while he was out honoring Matt and the boys with Ms. Kim and Mr. Dave. Everyone is okay—but the boat is totaled.

If you know Shawn, you know he’s always the first to invite everyone out, the last to ask for help, and the kind of guy who’d take a ticket for too many passengers just to make sure no one’s left behind.

Let’s come together and help him start fresh—whether it’s rebuilding or replacing. Every bit helps 🙏

First AP today with . Appreciate the knowledge and putting us on the fish. Also, hit a depth PB of 95 feet. Yesterday was a 4 minute static PB. I'm happy to stretch my lungs and see some stuff us Gulf Coast guys don't normally get to.
