Getting ready for winter!! Fall is underway here in AK. I also saw hints of fall last week in MN. I'm still unpacking and setting up the business after moving to Homer this summer. Arctic Innovations will finally have a real workspace and lab area. I have many experiments to try and developments to work on. In the mean time there might be a few days delay on getting orders shipped until things are unpacked and re-organized. WINTER IS NEAR!!!!

I've had some things come up with the family and can't make it to The Arrowhead 135 this year. Nothing major just a lot of little things coming up that week. I think I've been there selling HydroHeaters for the last 6 years, gonna miss it for sure. If anyone needs HydroHeater stuff let me know asap, I'm putting together a shipment for two HydroHeaters at the drawing and can combine shipment to save some $$.

I usually have a discount at the event, since I'm not there this year use the discount code AH135RACER on the website for a 10% discount.

Hello,

We've been having a few returns lately from leaking HydroHeaters. These are the version 3.0 HydroHeaters that connect to a reservoir.

If you've purchased a HydroHeater this winter, the o-ring at the end of the connector should be replaced soon. If you have one you've been using and it isn't leaking then it's less urgent but should be replaced at a convenient time. This is an upgrade from the previous o-ring in several ways (performs better in the cold). See the details on the order form web page.

We're offering this replacement o-ring free for the asking. The installation is very easy and takes just a few minutes to clean out the old silicone and slip the new o-ring in place.

This is an upgrade to the o-ring on the end of the connector. This eliminates leakage experienced by some users. It's a good idea to upgrade your o-ring even if you HydroHeater isn't leaking.
