Tired but still going! You all are amazing and are keeping me BUSY! Stacks of bars, piles of Moose Berries, and I lost count of the truffles when I hit 1000. Thank you all for your support, and for the love of what I do. Know I am working around the clock to get your chocolates to you. 😁

The Alaskana Mexicana is back after a long hiatus, and has evolved. Semisweet dark chocolate bar with freeze dried blueberries, and a blend of chili and wild blueberry salt.

Indulgence on the go is coming. I have gotten some feedback from my Chocolovers, and more accessibility to sweet indulgence was the number one request. I wanted something fun, and uniquely Homer Truffle Company. SO, why not a vending machine that gives you hand made artisan chocolates! Don't worry, when this thing makes its debut, soon, you will definitely see it! (More photos to come...and the first location 😉)

OCT 15/16, but will be open this MON/TUES, OCT 17/18.

WINTER DAYS AND TIMES COMING SOON, AND YOU DECIDE. Driving in the Alaskan winters can be less than fun, but it doesn't stop the craving for luxurious chocolates, and I want to be there when you show up to the shop! HTC wouldn't exist without you, and your opinion matters. SO, tell me what days you think are best for chocolate indulgence this winter.

After a year absence, HTC's chocolate bars are back!
