It's time for another Ohana Roast! To celebrate this year's harvest, and the birth of our creator, we are releasing a Light Roast to really highlight the natural qualities of our beans. The minimal roasting preserves bright acidity and fruit-forward flavors, offering a tea-like complexity. Subtle mineral notes from the volcanic soil add uniqueness, making this roast ideal for those who enjoy nuanced, delicate coffee.
