IMPORTANT SUPPRESSOR UPDATE
We are very aware of the recent news surrounding suppressors, and like many of you, we are excited—but also proceeding cautiously.
At this time, the ATF/NFA has not yet provided the written guidance we need to begin transferring suppressors without an approved Form 4. Until that guidance is issued, we will continue operating under the current written rules.
What does that mean for you?
You can still purchase a suppressor from us today. We can either:
• Hold the suppressor in your name while we wait for further guidance, or
• Proceed with the current Form 4 process.
We want to make something very clear: We support your Second Amendment rights 100%, while also operating within the laws and regulations currently governing our FFL.
We’re just as eager as you are to see where this goes. As soon as official guidance is provided and we have a clear legal path forward, we will adjust our process accordingly.
