It’s the most wonderful time of the year. We have been enjoying celebrations for days and have lots to share but tonight with our younger 5 gets first share 😁🙌🏻❤️ 🤣

He Slept! 🙌🏻
Praise the Lord!!
He has associated hospital beds with bad things happening to me. So I’m still not able to get him to willing sit or sleep for that matter in one.
But he did take the couch. Thank you to a dear friend for suggesting I take the bed and he take the couch because it worked!
Had his strobe light testing this morning. Eating his normal Roman breakfast…pop tarts 😬🤷🏼‍♀️
Hoping we can bust out of here today for sure!
I got showered and ready 😁

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. We appreciate them all ❤️
Last night was rough 😬 so momma is getting cold brew coffee with creamer plus ice water and LMNT while Roman has his tray full of snacks and hoping he eats a little more than Reese’s peanut butter cups 😬 because that 11 year old boy onion pit smell is getting strong. Keeping it real here and now I’m second guessing my decision of bath in bed when I said no thank you to the nurse but all I could envision was a giant octopus fighting a squid bedside. Roman being the octopus because man that boys arms and legs seem as if they are doubled each with how quick he is. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣
So far every time I go to the bathroom he tries to touch his leads. (And when I fell asleep he pulled 2 off 😳😬 no worries these nurses are quick to fix) I also have to keep a close eye on him to push a red button if I think he’s having a seizure which for those of you that don’t know Roman you may think that sounds easy and for those of you that know Roman you fully understand the task at hand here. 🤪
Prayers that he sleeps tonight so they can get the data needed from the EEG for a definite diagnosis. Thank you ❤️

Sometimes, more often than I want to admit I’m not great at sharing what I know the Lord is nudging me to share.
Currently our Roman is waiting out some wicked nausea after sedation.
He’s had a slew of meds which to be honest I struggle with. Keeping it real. He’s had blood draws and an Echo and now the start of his 48 hour EEG. All that to say we would covet your prayers for answers with all the testing. ❤️
