B & V Kids was founded in 2007, after the Mejia family welcomed their first baby girl into this world. The joy of having their first child brought so much drive and inspiration to provide what all parents strive for, simply the best! Equipped with just the right person to help, entrepreneur Janeely Mejia called upon her mother Virgina to help prepare all the décor, bedding, and more. Virgina, a pr

ofessional seamstress having previously owned her own bridal boutique had extensive knowledge in quality design textiles and workmanship. As they began their shopping they soon realized that when it came to car seat and stroller gear, the accessories lacked either in style, quality, or comfort. So with no hesitation and just the right set of skills, Virginia began to prepare a beautiful ensemble that brought comfort and style to her new granddaughters “ride”.With such innovative design and obvious comfort, it was not long before the constant attention aroused a product demand. It was then that mother and daughter ventured on a new journey together and formed collaboration and founded B & V kids.
