After months of planning, dreaming, building, and pouring our hearts into every detail, we’re officially opening vendor applications for the new chapter of The Rusty Relic.

We’re not just creating another shop.

We’re building a destination.

A place where customers can spend hours exploring antiques, vintage treasures, handcrafted goods, fossils, coastal finds, boutiques, pantry goods, handcrafted art, collectibles, home decor, and countless unexpected discoveries around every corner.

Our vision has always been simple: create a shopping experience that people can’t wait to return to.

With over 60 unique shops under one roof, extensive advertising and promotion, and a carefully curated mix of vendors, we’re focused on creating something truly unforgettable for both customers and small business owners.

It’s funny how progress doesn’t always look glamorous.

Sometimes it looks like dirt, stumps, and a whole lot of hard work.

But when we look at these two photos, all we see is momentum. 💙

One step closer.

And that’s a pretty incredible feeling.

POV: You’re pulling an overnight renovation shift and your coworker has been asleep for 97% of it. 😴🐾

Major showed up, inspected the flooring, approved the color choice, and immediately became part of the floor.

Since he’s not helping, we’ll use this opportunity to give everyone a sneak peek at the flooring choice for the new Rusty Relic. 👀

✨ We are incredibly excited to be part of the newest edition of Taste of Topsail! ✨

To the amazing team at Taste of Topsail… thank you. Truly. 💙

From the very beginning, you made us feel welcomed, encouraged, and excited to share The Rusty Relic with the community. Being included in a publication that celebrates the heart and soul of our coastal towns means more to us than we can put into words.

This journey has been full of long days, big dreams, unexpected turns, rebuilding, reimagining, and believing in something even when the road gets tough. Through it all, one thing has remained constant… the incredible support from this community. 💕

Seeing our ad in print alongside so many wonderful local businesses felt like a reminder that every late night, every ounce of hard work, and every leap of faith is worth it. And somehow, in the middle of it all, TJ became the tiny face everyone fell in love with. 🐷🐽

Right now, we’re pouring our hearts into transforming our new location into the kind of place people never forget. A place that feels alive the second you walk through the doors.

& While the building is still under construction, moments like this remind us that The Rusty Relic is already becoming something bigger than a store. It’s becoming part of the community story, and that means everything to us.

Today we honor the heroes who gave everything for the flag still flying above us. Never forgotten. Never replaced.

Just a little sneak peek at some of the framed decor we’ve got planned for The Rusty Relic restrooms. Every corner of this place is getting its own personality.
