This is where the quiet, careful part happens. Threading, checking, adjusting, and making sure every piece feels just right before it heads out the door.

I love this part of the process. It’s messy, honest, and full of intention, which is pretty much how I like to make jewelry.

Can't make it in during business hours? We've got you covered. 📮

We just created a Jewelry Repair Drop-Off Kit so you can leave your pieces with us anytime—even after we close. Just fill out the form, drop it in the padded envelope, and we'll get to work.

A couple of things to know: There's a 2-foot drop into the box, so please wrap delicate pieces carefully. And we can only work on costume jewelry and bridge pieces (sterling silver, gold-filled, brass, gemstones, pearls). We don't repair precious metals or precious stones—but we're happy to chat about what we can help with!
