Appliance Delivery & Installation Apprentice – No Experience Required!

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team on our appliance delivery and installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a hands-on career in a stable and growing industry. No prior experience is necessary - paid comprehensive training will be provided on the job.

Responsibilities
• Assist with the delivery and installation of appliances in customer homes.
• Learn and apply proper techniques for safe handling and installation.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate installations.
• Load and unload Northgate delivery trucks.
• Unload shipments on Northgate’s loading dock.
• General warehouse and inventory management.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items carefully and safely.
• Ability to pass drug background and drug screen.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, professional attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Compensation
• $16.00-$20.00+/hour depending on experience
• Overtime for over 40 hours per week
• Regular tips
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Benefits listed above
