New 5.0-star Review: "5-29-26, today I contacted the Husqvarna sales office regarding an issue I was having with my new chain saw that I purchased last fall. I told the young man there about an issue it was having and he said for me to bring it in so he could check it out. Once I arrived, he took a quick look at it and said he would need to keep it for a while so he could evaluate it. Later in the day he contacted me and said he had it running properly and I could come and pick it back up. I was very impressed with his quick attention to resolving the issue and picked it up. I wanted to give a big “Thank You” to this young man as he did an awesome job as well as a quick turn around in getting it back to me. I do not know this guys name but I just wanted to say how he mad me a true believer in his skills and that I had made a good decision in buying my new chain saw from them. And the best part was that he did this for me at a no charge! So once again, Thank You, and compliment him on a job “Well Done”."
