Heres a complete breakdown of what you can expect to pay for my services. These prices apply to instruments in otherwise good working order. Your repair may vary depending on the condition of your instrument and the specifics of the work needed. Sometimes there is damage that is beyond repair, or doing the work just wouldn't be cost effective. That doesn't happen very often. I recommend having a setup done twice a year, just to keep everything running smoothly. I do not offer refinishing work, or repairs that require refinishing unless it’s deemed absolutely necessary. Parts and strings are not included in setup fee. Mobile repairs available, with travel fee. Mobile repair is only available if you live 2 hours drive or less away from Holden Beach, NC 28462. I do not accept instruments through the mail. Cash or Barter only, no exceptions.

In my opinion there is no such thing as a “standard” setup, there might be but it’s not very good. Here at Any String Goes, getting your instrument correct is a hands on experience between owner and luthier. Every set up I do is a “premium” set up, but I promise not to charge premium prices.
