Calling all Treasure Coast pickleball players! You’ve got a new place to play!

We attended the Open House for the new Diadem Jensen Beach indoor pickleball facility located at Treasure Coast Mall inside of Elev8 Fun opening Feb 9th.

They gave tours of the facility and had a prize raffle. People also had a chance to try out their virtual pickleball simulator!

Their staff is amazing and it was a great chance to peek at Martin Counties first indoor facility! Too hot? Too wet? Too windy outside? No problem!

They offer memberships with a ton of benefits and all Open play sessions included, but you can also drop-in for Open Play (generally $15-20 a session) or reserve a court to rent with discounts for members.

8 courts total PLUS a full bar and food court with some top notch offerings.

Super excited for some matches there!

We hope to host some events there in the near future! Stay tuned.

All Teens 11-18yrs

Fun & casual event with only one bracket. It will be a Doubles format tournament, so anyone without a partner will be matched up with someone to play with.

Did Shieldmaiden's play pickleball?

As innocent as the name may sound, shieldmaiden was the moniker given to female Viking warriors who could be every bit as fierce and deadly as their male counterparts!

Pickleball provided a social pastime and outlet for Vikings that not only strengthened their bond as a community but also provided benefits that carried over into battle. Increased strength, stamina, reflexes, and hand-eye coordination were all elements that served them well, on and off the courts!

Women have always been and will continue to be as big a part of this sport, and it's growth, as the men. We embrace the fact that this sport does not see gender as a boundary for separation, but instead as an opportunity for new levels of camaraderie and competition.

In celebration of both International Woman's Day & Women's History Month, here’s to all the women who elevate the game.
