As most of you know, Joe and I really enjoy the journey we had with y’all.  We have loved each and everyone of you.  Once he passed away, I could no longer hold onto the store. I held on for a year and a half after his passing. May God bless y’all

After I lost my husband Joe(The Guru) Obregon, I tried my best to keep his legacy alive. I was able to maintain for a little over a year. Then I lost our 33 year old son. Followed by five more Five Obregon men. For all of our students I must say we truly miss and I’m very sorry. I lost my husband, best friend, and business partner. He always said it took a Joe and Roxanne to run the store. I deeply miss everything that we created together with Music Guru. Just remember we love the ride and I miss you all terribly.

Due to circumstances beyond my control I have sold Music Guru. Joe always said it takes a Roxy and Joe to run the store. I sold it for pennies on the dollar out of desperation. For the past year and a half since Joe‘s been gone I’ve been living on credit cards I was unable to do it without him. I just couldn’t pay the bills. With the plan Demic. And the Hospital murdering my husband. He went in with pneumonia. A week later he they said he had COVID-19. We were together since I was 17 and he was 19. He was my soulmate my best friend My business partner. My everything. The store is still open under someone else. Andy is still there. My heart is heavy in my soul this week.
