Wood Rose Special Orders, Bridal and Bulk
Hi everyone! Many have inquired regarding bulk orders or pre-made orders for special events. I know that these are important to you so contacting me within specific time frames is important should you decide you would like wooden roses.
• For bridal it is recommended to bring actual swatch colors of dresses where rose colors can be placed up against the fabric. Events where I will be at are posted on my page. It doesn’t matter how far out in time your event is - back yourself up regarding color and quantities of each type of rose you may need. You are under no obligation.
Sending pictures of dresses/fabric to me via text or email may not translate the colors well digitally, especially if lighting conditions are not optimal. I cannot guarantee best matches of rose colors if the actual fabric is not placed against the rose where we discuss it together.
If we do work long distance this is where contacting me as far out as possible regarding your wedding will help you in many ways.
• For all events, bridal and bulk: CONTACT ME 3 MONTHS OUT FROM EVENT. This is to check and make sure I have the inventory available and to place any necessary orders. If less than three months out I cannot guarantee that the colors and/or quantities will be available. Again, you are under no obligation.
• I hold your rose colors and quantities of each type. I am aware many of you still may want to ‘shop’ around and consider other options. No problem!
Contact me NO LATER THAN 1 MONTH OUT FROM EVENT TO CONFIRM YOU ARE PLACING THE ORDER. At this time a non-refundable 40% deposit is required. Together we begin to create your order with email updates and pictures of rose placement if making bridal bouquets.
• Although I may have inventoried specified colors and quantities for your event, contacting me any time less than one month out from event does not guarantee that I will have the time to create your order and get it to you in a timely manner. Should you contact me and it be determined I am able to help, a non-refundable 40% deposit is required and I will begin your order.
• Orders can be:
*Picked up at an event I may be working (if possible).
*Mailed USPS, FedEx, UPS.
*Delivery is available around the Cleveland, Akron,
Medina area.
