Last week, I started tearing out this shower. This was, unfortunately, a failure. The waterproofing was done improperly, and the clients went without using it for almost it's entire life 😔

New board, new drain, and I squared it off for a little more elbow room 👌

This will be a white-on-white shower--white tile, stone and grout.

This home is old! Built around 1850, it has great bones. I love the challenge of working in old homes, and the charm they have.

On this episode of Mosaic Monday, I wanted to share a project done by students at Edison Tech, a high school in Rochester. I went to the unveiling a month or so ago, and wanted to share it with the world.

This is the third year they have created a mosaic in honor of a woman in history. This year, it was Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.

I hope to collaborate and assist with the school next year.
