Charlene brought in her completed Shop Hop quilt to share with us at Kilauea Kreations Volcano, and let’s just say… she understood the assignment. 👏🧵

Every block tells a little story from the hop — the colors, the movement, the tiny “I found this at that shop!” moments stitched right in. It’s bold, it’s joyful, and it absolutely glows hanging in the shop.

What a month. What a movement. What a fabric-fueled adventure. 🌺

Mahalo to every single quilter who showed up, stamped passports, chased fat quarters across the island, and stitched their hearts out. You turned Shop Hop into a full-blown celebration of color, creativity, and community.

🌧️ Hilo Update | Closed Today for Safety 🌧️

Due to severe weather conditions impacting Hawaiʻi Island and statewide closures, Kilauea Kreations II Hilo location will be closed today to keep our staff and community safe.

⚠️ Current conditions include:
• Heavy rain and reduced visibility
• Flooded roadways and possible landslides
• Power and service disruptions in some areas

We appreciate your understanding and will share updates as soon as it’s safe to reopen. Our Volcano location will post separately if impacted.
