Today is a bittersweet day as we move from our first factory Location where we made so many memories, learnt so many things, and shipped out so many orders from. It will always be a cherished location from where we began our Insta Crystal journey. We now start a new journey in our NEW factory location. Our tremendous growth has required us to move into a much larger factory location. We are very thankful to all of our clients that have helped us grow, trusted us to deliver a high quality product, and become part of our Insta Crystal family.

What a week it was - we are a family run business and this past week proved it to the absolute T.
A little over a week ago I left for a very well deserved family vacation with my husband , kids, and our grandparents who flew half way around the world to spend some quality time with us.

We returned from our vacation just in time to send out a 1500 piece award order for a client who needed each award to be drop shipped to his individual addresses. As if this was not enough of a challenge, a staff member left last minute due to some personal reasons, and another just happened to be on vacation! Yippee, but not to be fazed, my husband, our kids, our grandparents, and another little friend of ours all rolled up our sleeves and shipped the entire order as promised, on time. We also have to give credit to the amazing Fedex driver who patiently loaded all the boxes.

This is the family spirit that makes us the best at what we do, and we can all take pride in it. In addition to this large shipment we are actually in the midst of moving into a larger location which will enable us to stock considerably more inventory for you.

Our Largest Ever "Custom Hadley"

We recently completed our largest ever Custom Optic Crystal Hadley Block. Weighing in at a whopping 88 pounds (40kg) and is manufactured with premium quality K9 Optic Crystal. This unique finished piece was illuminated by a custom manufactured cherry wood LED base. With an overall size of 24" long, 12" wide and 4" high, the entire steel structure 3D drawing wire frame shell was sub surface laser engraved. The sub surface laser engraving required over 24 million points and took two and a half days to complete. The result was an extremely happy client who displayed the piece recently in a major trade show, then donated it to the building owner to display in their corporate lobby.
