Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts with 18-Year Balsamic 🥬✨

Ingredients

* 2 bags Brussels sprouts
* 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (we used our Coratina Medium EVOO)
* 1 tsp Celtic salt (we used our Sel Gris Celtic Salt)
* Freshly ground black pepper
* 18-Year Traditional Balsamic (we used our 18-Year Traditional Balsamic)

Directions

1. Trim the stem end from the Brussels sprouts and cut each one in half lengthwise.
2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with the extra virgin olive oil, Celtic salt, and freshly ground black pepper until evenly coated.
3. Spread them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Roast at 425°F on the middle rack for about 30 minutes, or until browned and crispy.
5. As soon as they come out of the oven, add another light sprinkle of Celtic salt, if desired.
6. Immediately drizzle generously with the 18-Year Traditional Balsamic.

Simple, crispy, and packed with flavor. Enjoy!
