We are excited to announce that we are coming to Virginia!!!

Nancy and Lisa from Jue’s Restaurant graciously offered their space for us to use for a
Pop-Up Shop
Sunday, March 22
11am-3pm!!!

Now to figure out how to turn restaurant booths into fabric store displays for a day. This should be a day full of fun and creativity!!!!

We met Kellie from Tulip Cottage Quilts last fall at Quilt Market and have been waiting to be able to order some of her fabric and patterns!
We are so excited to have her Liberty Island fabric line shipping to us next month. We will be ordering her patterns as well!!!

Can’t wait to show it off when it comes in. For now you can enjoy this little sample she is working on!

I have been down with a cold this week but trying to stay productive, so I’ve been working on samples for upcoming shows. This is a smaller version of my Lady Liberty pattern featuring my Liberty Island fabric line for Marcus Fabrics. I’m debating about finishing with a crochet border in place of binding, using the beautiful new Valdani crochet thread. What do you guys think - binding or crochet border?

We had the best surprise today!!!

We met with Debbie from Iron Range Barn Quilts to pick out paint colors for the barn quilt class that we will be taking.

After we were all done she surprised us with this BQ that she made for us!!!!! We love it so much!!!!!
It even has our logo on the sewing machine!

We can’t wait to take the class and get to make one!!

SEW & TELL

This was a fun quilt to make using a six-pack pattern called “Stepping Up” from Stitchin’ Tree.

It uses six half yard cuts and we added an optional border.

We used the “Living The Dream” flannel and this is going to make a perfect quilt for the camper.

We will start hosting six pack parties soon and this will be our first pattern. Watch for details to come soon!!

We are all set up and ready for a fun day!

The last couple of days had us feeling hopeful for spring so we brought lots of happy spring vibes!!
