Last Friday Debbie and I took a quick trip to Prescott to meet with our home builders and had a quick lunch with our long dear friend Nancy Walker a Barstow. We then had dinner with our long time friends and from Apple Valley ;Skip and Pam Evans, followed by a great concert of 38 special at Yavapai Community College Performing Arts center and concluding with a great dinner with our friends Sharon and Steve Zipperman. Steve will be the next state senator to represent the Prescott area. He's a constitutional expert, a former attorney from Orange county , a pitbull and just a really good guy that knows nothing but the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Lots of great meals.We wish Steve the best in his upcoming election. Lots of great conversations.

Last week I had the distinct opportunity and honor to speak on a panel with one of my idols Mr Iddo Benzeevi, the master developer of the World Logistics Center in Moreno Valley who will be building a minimum of 40 million ft of industrial space and upwards to over 100 million feet depending upon the clear height that he chooses.
