We are exited to announce, that every week, we will highlight two vendors at the Mohawk Valley Community Market. Please look for our posts on Facebook and meet our wonderful vendors. Come in and support all our vendors on two levels at the Mohawk Valley Community Market in the historic Munger's Department Store building. We're located at 142 North Main St in Herkimer NY

They are offering 20% discount at their booth this month. They have been volunteers at the Market since last September. We are so lucky to have them as part of our team. Meet Theresa at Booth #160 - Dots & What Nots! (Lower level)
Theresa has been a dedicated volunteer here since August 2022 and is the owner of Dots & What Nots, a booth filled with unique treasures and handmade creations.
You'll find a wonderful assortment of handmade items, along with toys, clothing, kitchen items, home decor, and many other great finds.
Some of Theresa's popular handmade items include card holders. These are designed to help children easily hold multiple playing cards and perfect for anyone, including seniors, who may have difficulty gripping several cards at once. Another handmade item are her car trash totes. These handy totes contain a removable plastic bottle liner for easy cleaning. Simply tuck the weighted strap into your glove compartment and close the door to secure it. The tote hangs conveniently outside the glove box, making it easy to keep your car neat and organized. Theresa also makes custom wreaths. These beautiful handmade wreaths will add a welcoming touch to your home.

A friendly reminder that we have extra parking, for your convenience, in our back parking lot next to the Herkimer firestation. Come down our back stairs shop on the Lower Level, enjoy a delicious lunch at Munger's 1918 Luncheonette, then go up our Grand Staircase to the Upper Level and shop at Renewed and Rescued. Come in and support our many vendors on two levels. We'll be open today from 10am to 4:30pm

Today the Mohawk Valley Community Market will be closed to observe Memorial Day. We pray for and honor all the service mem and women that made the ultimate sacrifice and gave their lives for this wonderful country that we call home. It was this week back in 1869 that Henry Gillette Munger opened his store here on Main Street in Herkimer. We will be celebrating the 157th Anniversary to acknowledge a man with great vision who did a lot, not only for Herkimer but for the entire Valley. To mark this occasion we will be giving away a free piece of cake this Friday and Saturday while supplies last, it will be served on our Lower Level at Munger's 1918 Luncheonette. Come down and see the historic items at our Munger's display. We honor this man and remember the Munger's department store for if it wasn't for his vision so many years ago none of us would be here doing what we are doing today and the Mohawk Valley Community Market and all the other businesses it has helped create would not exist.
Also, due to the Memorial Day holiday we will be closed this Sunday and Monday May 24th an 25th. Let's not forget those who came before us and made the ultimate sacrifice so we can do what we are doing today. Enjoy the holiday with your families and don't forget to visit us on Friday or Saturday for some cake...
