We are spending an excessive amount of time preparing items that should already be floor-ready when they are dropped off. Many items are arriving wrinkled, unbuttoned, unsnapped, unzipped, or not properly paired together, which delays our pricing process and slows down getting merchandise onto the sales floor.
As a consignor, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure your items are clean, organized, and ready for the floor before your appointment. Our responsibility is to inspect, price, and place your items on the sales floor.
Moving forward, please make sure all items are prepared according to our drop-off guidelines before bringing them in.
**If you have an appointment & you do not show up you will not be able to reschedule for that current season if you do not call and cancel appointment 24 hours in advance, we stay booked so we ask this so someone else can have your appointment‼️

📢 DROP-OFF APPOINTMENT REMINDER 📢
Please make sure all items are:
✔️ Odor-free
❤️If you are a smoker, please wash your items twice, you might not be able to smell the smoke on your clothing but we can. ❤️
✔️ Stain-free
✔️ Free of holes, tears, or missing buttons
✔️ Buttoned, snapped and zipped before drop-off
This means all sleepers snapped or zipped and ALL onesis snapped at the bottom.
🔋 ELECTRONICS:
• Must be in working condition
• Must have working batteries
👕 TWO-PIECE ITEMS:
• Must be folded or secured together
📦 ALL ITEMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN:
• Boxes
• Totes
• On hangers
🚫 WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
• Trash bags
• Plastic bags
✅ Reusable bags are acceptable for shoes, toys, purses, and similar items.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Any items that do not meet these requirements WILL BE DONATED.
