How it works:
•Bring in your items in a bag or container (no holes and preferably that can close so other customers don’t try to pull it out).
•We go through it, price it, tag it, and then you receive 30-40% of the total based on the quality and condition of the items.
•The FIRST time you bring in items we will text you that it’s done and the amount. After you’re established with us, we will just automatically add it to your card when we have finished.
•We no longer do “offers”. It takes too much time. Once your items are given to us you’re agreeing that they are now ours and we will give you credit accordingly. With our limited amount of space we cannot afford to hold things to be picked up anymore. Again, once you give us your items they should be considered donated and we will give you credit on what we can and the rest will be donated to resources that need them OR thrown away if it is dirty and can’t be used.
•Your credit will be added to your card and can be used any time.
•If you bring items in and we’re not busy we will go through them immediately. If we’re backed up and can’t get to them right then, we will give you a timeframe of when it should be done.
Things we don’t accept:
•dirty items
•items that have an unpleasant smell (cigarette, animal, etc)
•bedding EXCEPT clean crib/bassinet sheets and baby/toddler blankets
•items with holes
•items with excessive staining (bigger than a quarter)
•items with mold
•items with lots of pet hair will not be accepted
•underwear unless new (bras are okay as long as they’re clean and have life left in them)
•items with excessive wear and tear, piling, broken elastic, missing pieces, etc
•pajamas missing their matches
Things to consider:
•Higher Quality brands (GAP, Altar’d State, Zara, Little Sleepies, Lululemon, Etc) are priced higher than lower quality brands which means you get more credit for those brands as opposed to brands like Garanimals, Wonder Nation, PatPat, SHEIN, etc which we price around a dollar.
•Stained items will receive little to no credit
•Credits that are neatly put together with outfits folded together will receive more credit (digging and sorting and trying to match the pieces takes up valuable time ESPECIALLY when dealing with a lot of baby clothes/outfits)
•Shop with us and see how we price before bringing in credit. As of right now our inventory tracker says 96% of our items are UNDER $5. We price things 70-90% off the retail value based on the condition. While you may love our prices, you might feel they’re not high enough to receive the amount of credit you’d like. For example we had some black align Lululemon leggings brought in that were new with the tags. Retail price on the tag was $110. I priced them at $35 so the person who brought them in could receive a decent amount of credit even though it was higher than my comfort zone. They sat for months. I got multiple offers of $5 and $10. Months later I marked them down to $15 and STILL was asked to do $5. Eventually they sold for $15 but it took a long time. Since we are a small space we have found that pricing items lower so they move fast to make room for new items works best for us.
•We mainly carry shoes, clothes, toys, and baby gear. We carry men’s, women’s, Juniors, big kids (2T to 14/16 and up), and baby (premie to 24 months).

DONATIONS are always accepted and appreciated. We do them as if they are a credit and add it to a community store card to help our friends experiencing homelessness get clothing and shoes or we help families experiencing hardships. 🫶🏻
