Hi!
I flew to London with 2 of my children to spend the last day of her life with my Mother last October and we were fortunate enough to speak to eachother before she passed. I wrote and read the lyrics that became our song 'On Days Like These' as her ashes were scattered a few days later.
The song is from our album 'Rise Up' that's currently No.4 in London's Reggae charts and is obviously a personal song but I know many can relate to the words and feelings!

Do You Write/Compose Songs?
Not a lot of people know this, well I didn’t until I receive a welcome Royalty cheque through my admin publisher, UL Sounds that there is an organisation that self-administered songwriters, composers, and lyricists can join for free that will search for and will collect Royalties for you from major download sites when your music is played in the US. I had forgotten about a song I co-wrote years ago and was informed by them that on Apple Music it had 194,625 streams for which I was paid Royalties by them!
Membership is free and if you’re wondering why you’re not receiving Royalties for your music, check out the MLC at https://www.themlc.com/how-it-works and you might be pleasantly surprised by what you might discover about your song plays!
