We’ve had a lot of thoughtful questions since our recent update—so here’s a quick FAQ to help clarify what’s ahead 🤍

Are you closing?
No — Ridgeview Design is not closing. We are evolving our business model. We will no longer offer daily retail florals, but we will continue operating as a full-service wedding and event floral studio, along with a small event and creative space inside our historic location.

What is changing at Ridgeview Design Co. & 365 Vintage Market & Boutique?
We are transitioning away from everyday retail home decor and daily floral. We will now be focusing exclusively on weddings, events, and seasonal planters. This allows us to create more intentional, elevated work for our clients.

Are you still offering daily flowers?
No. Everyday and walk-in floral orders will conclude after May 16th. Event and sympathy florals will begin at a $250 minimum.

What about holidays?
We love making your special events and gatherings just a little more special! We will continue offering pre-book orders for holidays and special occasions throughout the year — think Easter, Christmas, Homecoming, Proms, and more.

Be sure to follow us on social media for early sign-ups and announcements, as availability will be limited!

Can I still order flowers outside of holidays?
Yes—by inquiry only with minimum. We will continue accepting weddings, events, and select custom projects depending on availability.

What about subscriptions?
All floral subscriptions will end at the end of May.

Will you still have a storefront?
Yes, but it will no longer operate as retail. Our space will transition into a creative studio + consultation space, while we also work more mobile for events and installations.

Can we still shop in person?
While we transition to a full floral studio and creative space, we will be opening the storefront on the second Sunday of each month for our Summer Farmers Market Series until we are fully transitioned.

Can we get flowers during Farmers Markets?
Yes—absolutely! We will have wrapped seasonal Ridgeview signature bouquets available during our monthly farmers market.

What are porch pots?
Seasonal porch pots are custom outdoor planter designs created throughout the year to bring life and beauty to your home 🌿 We offer pickup and on-site installation.

Will workshops continue?
Yes! Seasonal workshops will still be offered and hosted in our new creative event space.

As we continue our transition here at Ridgeview Design Co., we want to share an important update:

Today, tomorrow, and Saturday will be our final retail shopping days.

If you would like to place a floral order, please do so prior to 11 AM TODAY so we can ensure we have the appropriate flowers on hand and can fulfill orders to the best of our ability.

We can’t say thank you enough for the support, encouragement, and love you’ve shown us through every season of this journey.

🌿 A new chapter for Ridgeview Design Co. & 365 Vintage Market & Boutique

Now that Mother’s Day has passed, we want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of our customers. Your support, trust, and love over the years have meant everything to us—it has truly been an honor to be part of your celebrations and everyday moments.

After this weekend, we will be stepping away from retail and daily floral orders as we transition into a combined floral studio and creative space. Ridgeview Design Co. and 365 Vintage Market & Boutique are excited to join our creative forces and begin this new chapter together, building something even more intentional, inspired, and deeply aligned with our shared vision.

This weekend will be our final retail shopping days, with the exception of our Second Sunday Farmers Market Summer Series, where we’ll continue to see you monthly. (365 Vintage Market & Boutique can still be shopped at Prairie Street Mercantile located in Rockton, IL)

Please note that daily floral orders will also end this weekend as we fully step into this transition.

Beginning this season, our space will be centered around:

✔️ Weddings & event floral design
✔️ Sympathy & Memorial Tributes
✔️ Seasonal porch pot installations
✔️ Floral workshops & creative gatherings

All consultations will now be by appointment only, with no retail shopping available, allowing us to provide a more personalized and intentional experience for each of our clients.

This decision comes after years of thoughtful growth and a shared desire to fully pour our hearts into the creative work and experiences we love most.

To everyone who has ever stopped in “just because,” picked up a bouquet for someone they love, or shopped home décor and supported us along the way—thank you. You have helped shape both Ridgeview and 365 Vintage Market & Boutique into what they are today 🤍

We are so excited to welcome you into this next season together—one filled with intention, beauty, and meaningful gatherings.
