Sophie's Thrift Store All proceeds from Sophie's Thrift support the work of the Licking County Humane Society. We are a non-profit thrift store - not a consignment store.

Donations are accepted 12pm-4pm daily
(Donations must be sellable quality, not simply usable.) WE LOVE DONATIONS OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
• accessories (purses, belts, scarfs, hats, etc...)
• jewelry
• clean, gently used, smoke/odor-free clothing
• clean, gently used, smoke/odor-free shoes
• housewares
• home decor
• toys
• games / puzzles
• DVDs / Video Games / Albums
• tools
• working small e

lectronics
• clean, gently used, smoke/odor-free furniture

WE CANNOT ACCEPT:
Used household fixtures
Tires
Gas powered anything
Mattresses/box springs, bed pillows, used bedding
Tube style TV’s
Large appliances
Damaged furniture
Used cribs, car seats and used helmets of any kind
Used tablecloths, curtains, towels
Used socks or undergarments
Stuffed Animals
Expired anything

Thank you for your understanding on the items we cannot accept. Accepting these items increases our trash cost and that means less funding toward the animals that need our help.

🌟 🌟 🌟 NOW HIRING 🌟 🌟 🌟

What are we looking for...?

🛍 We need extra staff to help with donations, sort, clean, price, and stock the sales floor. We are flexible with scheduling, currently looking for those available in the morning throughout the week. This scheduled shift is usually 11am-7pm at 3-4 days per week.

🛍 We need extra staff to help with clothing. This includes taking in donations, sorting, tagging, and stocking onto the sales floor. This shift is usually scheduled 10am-4pm for 4-5 days per week.

🛍 We need cashiers that are available either 4pm-8pm, 3-5 days per week.

🛍 Weekend availability is required.

🛍 Passionate thrifty people.. that want to help the animals!

Just a heads up: and Sophie's Thrift Store will be closed to the public tomorrow, Friday the 19th, in observance of Juneteenth. Both locations will reopen with regular hours on Saturday. 💙

While the shelter will be closed to visitors, all pets will continue to receive the same daily love, care, and attention from our dedicated staff. 🐾

We had an incredible time at Saturday's Barks & Brews, and we're still feeling the love from our amazing community. 1. skip all of that hassle, 🥵😁 ,

3. drop them off between 12-4pm any day at Sophie's 🏷
4. and relax knowing 100% of the proceeds of the sales will stay local and go to helping Licking County Humane Society rescue homeless, abused, and neglected animals in our community. 🐾

It's true! Donate = save animals....it's that simple. 🤗
