Oh what a week we adore! Ali met guests from City Lights Booksellers & Publishers minutes after telling the story of how much this bookstore & the best generation of writes meant and means to her today. WOW!! Thank you Healdsburg Jazz for bringing such talented and inspiring people together this week!

Summer update now that schools are out:

The very best way to experience Smith Story Wine Cellars is by making a reservation. While we always welcome spontaneity, tastings are personally led by Eric and Ali Story, and we are able to offer our most thoughtful and attentive hospitality when we have the opportunity to prepare for your visit in advance.

Children are welcome at Smith Story; however, we kindly ask that families remain mindful of the experience of other guests, some of whom may have intentionally chosen a child-free outing. Each seat in our place is for our wine business, not day camp.

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to create an enjoyable environment for everyone. While guests of all ages are welcome to visit, we look forward to sharing our wines with those 21 years of age and older.
