This pregnant female is for sale! She's been a great production female. She got started later in life for reproduction having been raised mainly for her fiber at her first home. So, she isn't worn out at all for 12 1/2 yrs old. An easy keeper for sure. Is able to birth large cria. Her herdsire is a TB Orlando Cloud grandson. His sire was one of the first Orlando Cloud offspring in the midwest. Things will be changing on the farm so I have to thin out my herd. I figure a pregnant Lacey at this price will be a quick sale which is needed. Discounts for purchase with a herdmate.

Just an FYI...I'm going to be closed(Farm & Store) next week. So, this Sunday 11-2 is last day open until Thurs. Feb. 12th. I will be open by appointment if you give me a heads-up and call 715-558-1270. Then back open through Birkie Sunday which is my last day open until Memorial Day Weekend.

Our regular hours (10-4 Wednesday through Saturday, 10-2 Sunday) will end December 31st. Winter hours run January 1st through Birkie weekend and are 11-4 Thursday through Saturday and 11-2 Sunday.

Some 3somes...the grey group is Mom Lucy who is an Epics Primus offspring, along with last year's cria Pixie (Polson is the sire) and Pixie's full sister Posie. They were the only ones out of the barn looking for any extra treats. I also have the grey grandam Ella.Then we have Sable who had her first offspring 12 days ago. The birth was textbook but the timing and Sable's attitude had that morning totally chaotic so we're calling him Chaos for now even though he is sweet. Presley likes to hang with Sable, Evy or Dory now that her Mom Darby is gone. They are the closest color to mom. They do segregate by color a great deal. I tried to teach them otherwise!

We had a great oat harvest and now have nice,clean straw bales for livestock bedding. The store has a decent quantity available but if you need more than can fit in a car, call Andy Groeschl @715-699-2722 to make arrangements for delivery or pickup at another location.

The farm has one new occupant! Born yesterday in text book fashion to a first time mom, this boy is doing great. Currently, I am calling him Guzzler has he nursed for 10 minutes straight the first time. Normal is about 3. May end up being dark silver Grey. Mom is Seismic's Sable (baby black)and sire is Epic's Primus (champion grey)
