๐คDo you offer live yoga sessions?
This was the question I asked a friend, her response was, โYes, I have the link in my bio"
Many Yoga Teachers rarely record video courses due to several reasons like being too busy on live, I don't think my audience would love it etc.
Do you know you're not reaching some students because of not offering courses?
Let me give you some reasons you must rethink;
1.) Some highly introverted students will shy away from live trainings. I know being an introvert and being shy are two different things but most people get frightened seeing themselves on camera, or 'Zooming'.
(I rarely go live๐) Having video courses can help them train how and where they want.
2.)๐ด Different time zones make it really difficult to keep up with your students. Your day time might be their nighttime, your free time might also be their busy time. You may say, we do schedule/book when to meet on Calendly etc but there are some restrictions, you know? Your students may change their mind due to some urgent work or stuff. Make it flexible by also having courses so they can practice at their own pace.
3.) Unstable internet Connectivity๐คฎ most of us in the rural area with good for nothing internet connection can hardly access live videos. It may keep lagging, you know how annoying it is right? So why don't you provide a better alternative that can allow them download once and use as long as they want? You can use some tools to compress the videos without losing original quality.
There are so many reasons you need to consider offering yoga courses, not only live classes.
I felt like informing yoga teachers about this. There are many places to sell your courses online.
I recommend you check it it allows you to sell for 100% free and since it's a platform for only yoga products, why don't you give it a try? You have nothing to lose ๐ฏ
Please is you feel this information is helpful, likeโค๏ธ and share๐ค to reach Yoga Teachers. It'll really make a difference! ๐
