Hello, Rack Pack! Ohhh summer vacation is coming to a close. (Moms, are we meeting somewhere on the first day of school? I'm all for it!😅)

We will be easing into some new policies to maintain consistency and avoid employee and volunteer burnout. We understand not everyone is on Facebook, so we promise to be gentle as everyone gets used to it if you promise to share this post to get the word out to as many people as possible. Signage will also be up at all entrances as a reminder. Thank you for doing your part so that we can do ours! 😘

Donations are accepted Tuesday - Saturday from 11am - 4pm. The first and last hour of each day will be devoted to opening and closing procedures. This is a non negotiable to protect the mental health of our team. We understand that it can be frustrating when you have a truck load of donations and are turned away. We simply do not have the manpower to work this any other way. Even a small bag of donations adds up fast. No matter who is at the front, this is policy. Please do not bring donations during those times as they will be turned away. Thank you for understanding.

We are also working through a list of donations that we do and do not accept. This is a living list that will be updated when necessary and can be found both on our website and at the store.

Thanks for hanging in there with us. Changes are necessary to maintain the consistency of the store you have all showed such huge support for. We know we can count on you as we work through much needed changes. Any questions, just ask! 🥰

Exciting news, The Rescue Rack online store is now open! We are adding new items all the time, so check often! Shipping will be available soon, for now all items are store pickup only.

Hey hey everyone! Just a little clarification.

We are on a donation hold for bedding, shoes and clothing until August 4th. We are accepting other clean, sellable household items Tuesday - Saturday 11am-4pm.

**Truckloads of any size will not be accepted without prior approval. We do not have the manpower to unload without notice.** That is always a rule no matter who is at the front desk. :)

This ray of sunshine has been managing the store without time off and volunteering at the shelter since before we opened over a year ago. So we said okay Kathi Renault, you are outta here! We forced her to take a vacation that she so badly needs.

The rest of us are taking a different kind of vacation in the form of a much needed donation hold.

***We will not be accepting any clothes, shoes or bedding until August 4th. Please do not bring them/leave them as they will not be processed.***

In the meantime, come and shop your heart out to help us make room for new stock! Thank you so much for all of your support, we love how much you love us! We just need a little break to manage the current overflow and appreciate your understanding. ❤️🐾🛍️

Valued customers, we would always rather come to you with amazing news about the good we are doing on the shelter and storefront.

This isn't one of those days. Today we have to let you know that we will no longer hold items, purchased or not. We've run into too many issues and do not have the space to hold items.

Second, we are pulling our high-dollar and new with tag items from the floor. Lately we have run into many people pulling those tags off to pay less. Disappointing and quite honestly, gross.

The good news is that you can still buy those items, and from your home! We are hard at work getting the online store all loaded up with incredible items at prices you will love.

Come see us Tues-Sat 10am - 5pm. We have the air on! 💨
