2016 Honda Pioneer 700 came in for not moving but running good. We initially thought with the customer it would be the clutches causing issues. Upon disassembly we had found it wasn’t the clutches but a very work and stretched oil pump chain. We installed a new oil pump chain and installed the engine back in the unit and tested for proper operation. She works like a charm and is all ready for hunting season!

John Deere E110 came in for the blades not coming on. During inspection we had found the tensioner arm had rust and debris stopping it from moving all the way along with a worn and nicked deck belt. We removed the tensioner arm, cleaned the deck from debris, cleaned the mating surfaces, greased the arm and all surfaces, and installed a new deck belt. Customer also never had to leave the comfort of his AC in this heat while using our pickup and delivery services!

John Deere Z910A came in after the customer thought they ran over barb wire. Turns out it was just a pulley that had come apart. We installed a new pulley, thankfully they caught it early before it destroyed the belt, then we knocked out a full service and she’s ready to mow again!

2017 Polaris Ranger 1000 came in for a coolant leak after installing an inferno heater. We found the 5/8” heater hose had a slight burn where it had been resting on the muffler. We cut out the bad section and installed a new piece with a splice and refilled the coolant and hurled the system. While it was here the customer had this custom roof rack with these 4 green light bars he wanted wired to a switch. Well we are the team for it and made it happen. Used some heavy duty insulated SO cable and wired all together and down to a switch that illuminates when powered on!

2022 Polaris Ranger 1000 SOHC came in after the customer saw our 15% off full service special and jumped right on it! While it was here we adjusted his front suspension to help with an issue of the tires hitting the bumper on any big bumps or creek passes! She’s all fixed up and done right here in house and is already back to working for this hunting season!

Grandpa and Grandson dropped off this 2016 Ranger 900 for a full service and a busted steering rack boot and the 2006 Arctic Cat 400 for a deteriorating steering bushing and a no idle situation. We found a dirty clogged main jet in the carburetor due to an intake boot being off the carburetor causing the no idle scenario. Rebuilt the carburetor and a new steering bushing and she’s good as new!

2017 Polaris Ranger 900 came in for a broken front axle and a full service needing to be performed. We found the axle broken at the inner cup to the differential and used our pulled and fought it to come out! We won and installed a Super ATV rhino 2.0 front axle and knocked out a service from front to back and she’s ready to hunt!

2007 Honda Rancher 420 came in for a battery not charging. We found a bad and burnt stator that caused it to burn up the voltage regulator as well. Upon installation of parts while removing the rear engine cover we found a neutral start switch that was about to be an issue. We replaced it while we weee in the engine cover. We finished it off with a fresh oil change and air filter and she’s good as new!
