Last night I was home alone and looking for something to do. I couldn't decide, so I ended up flipping through a graphic novel. I found my favorite part and read a few pages. Then I read some more.

More pages turned into starting from the beginning and reading it all the way through. At the end of eight years of comic retailing, I hardly ever read comics for pleasure. I forgot how much I enjoyed reading them and I look forward to reading more often.

I can't thank you all enough for the support you've given me and my store for the past eight years. Because of you, I'm the luckiest SOB on Earth.

Hey, Hattiesburg. We’re in for a slight risk of severe weather today. This includes damaging winds with possibility of tornadoes and an elevated risk for flash flooding.

If a tornado watch is issued, Forrest County will open the community shelter at 946 Sullivan Drive.

We’ll continue to monitor the weather with Forrest County Emergency Management District and update as needed.
