Consignment Contract
I have looked over all clothing and they are freshly laundered, no holes, rips or tears, missing button, broken zippers, excessive wear, etc. I donate to the local families in need and charitable organizations serving the Barry County area. Selling price for consigned items shall be determined by Second Hand Queens, LLC, in its sole discretion. Second Hand Queens, LLC (Consig
nee) shall be entitled to retain 60% of all proceeds from the sale of each item consigned. I (Consignor) shall receive 40% of actual selling price of consigned items. Second Hand Queens, LLC may make adjustments to the selling price of consigned items as it deems necessary at its sole discretion. I understand that any of my unsold items will be DONATED and not returned to me (there may be exceptions to formal gowns and wedding gowns). I will limit my drop-offs to 25 items per delivery. I understand that it is my responsibility to follow up on cash-outs, and that Second Hand Queens, LLC will not make calls to remind me of funds due. All payments must be picked up in person, as they will not be mailed. At my request, payment may also be used as in-store credit. Funds not used/picked up within 90 days will be forfeited by Consignor. I understand that Second Hand Queens, LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the consigned items, and retain and/or assume, in its entirety, and risk of loss of consigned items.
