IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING NFA TRANSFERS
You may have seen recent posts, videos, or discussions claiming that suppressors and other NFA items can now be transferred without the traditional ATF Form 4 process.
We have reviewed the recent court developments and have received compliance guidance from our legal counsel. While there are important developments happening in the NFA community, the legal and regulatory landscape is still evolving, and the recent ruling does not create one universal process that automatically applies to every dealer, every customer, or every transaction.
For our customers, this means:
✔️ We will continue processing suppressors using our established procedures.
✔️ Form 4s and required ATF approval will continue to be part of our process.
✔️ We will continue following all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
✔️ We will continue monitoring legal developments and official guidance closely.
We understand that customers are excited about these developments—and we are watching them closely too. But as your dealer, it is our responsibility to make sure every transfer we complete is handled lawfully, properly, and in a way that protects our customers, our employees, and our business.
If and when the legal requirements and official guidance clearly support a change to our procedures, we will update you. Until then, our established NFA process remains in place.
