Please note, starting Sept 1st, City of Hastings - City Hall will be enforcing the 72 hour parking limit in all city parking lots.
🚗 72-HOUR PARKING ENFORCEMENT BEGINS SEPTEMBER 1
City code: 50-513(b) “It shall be unlawful for a person to park a vehicle upon a public right-of-way, public parking lot or other publicly owned place within the city for more than 72 consecutive hours.”
Starting September 1, 2026, the City of Hastings will begin enforcing the 72-hour parking limit in all City-owned parking lots.
This includes the City Hall / City Auditorium parking lot, located between Hastings Avenue and Denver Avenue and 3rd Street and 4th Street.
📅 Effective: September 1, 2026
⏰ Maximum parking time: 72 consecutive hours
Please plan accordingly and move your vehicle within the 72-hour limit to avoid enforcement.
Violators will be subject to ticket/tow.
