Featuring over 170 booths filled with antiques and collectibles, shoppers may peruse merchandise including Native American rugs and pottery, vintage and artisan jewelry, autumn/harvest and Christmas crafts, toys and games, soaps and candles, handmade terrariums, fairy gardens, fossils and minerals, infinity scarves, vintage cranberry crates, farm and equestrian gear, artwork and paintings, glassware, Wedgewood and Spode, oriental rugs, steampunk art, books, maps, handmade folk art and doll clothes, sterling and leather products, tools and household items, linens and clothing, sporting goods and even tarot card readings. The popular food court area boasts ethnic cuisines including Chinese, Thai and Spanish. The Harvard Lion’s Club food tent will feature hamburgers, cheeseburgers, sausage & peppers and the locally famous hand-cut regular and sweet potato fries, and fried dough. The Congregational Church of Harvard will be having its annual Apple Festival featuring “Pies on the Common”-- homemade apples pies fresh out of local ovens. This is the tenth consecutive year that the Harvard Schools Trust is co-sponsoring the flea market with the League of Women Voters of Harvard. All net proceeds from the Harvard Flea Market will be evenly split between the two local nonprofits.
