💛 After 26 incredible years... it’s time for a new chapter! 💛
It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come since opening our doors all those years ago. When my father decided he wanted to get into the equipment business and placed me, a fresh out of college young woman, into the manager role, I had no idea what to expect. Thank goodness he placed me with someone who was incredibly knowledgeable, and taught me so much. Americ has grown into something truly special — built on hard work, loyal customers, and a whole lot of community love and employee support.
As I officially announce my retirement and the closing of our equipment rental store, I’m filled with gratitude for every handshake, every laugh, every jar of peppers, every gallon of fresh cow’s milk, and every muddy pair of work boots that came through our doors. You’ve been more than customers — you’ve been family. Many of you remember when my son was born, and have watched him grow up through the years. Quite a few of you remember my father, and still think of him with fond memories.
Every single person that has worked at Americ Equipment Rental is important to me. I love each of them so much and wish only the very best for them. There are a few that have stood with me for many years, and I like to think that they love and care for me and my family, like I do them and their families.
While this chapter closes, a beautiful new one begins. My next season will be focused on what matters most to me — my son and my family — and I couldn’t be more excited to pour my time and heart into that. For those of you who know my mom, you know she already has plans for me, lol. There is always a project to be done.
Thank you for 26 unforgettable years of support, friendship, and memories.
