Hey gang, it's been a minute!! Semi-retirement is busy! Locals if you don't have plans tonight, you do now! Music on The Mill: AJ Kartz The talented AJ Kartz played in my shop on Midnight Madness. He now works full time as a musician. He tours with The Prince Experience, he's in a band called After Dark and he does solo gigs. Let's give him a warm, Hartford welcome and if you just miss your favorite yarn shop owner, stop down and say hi!

I am super excited to announce my first class at my new class location, ArtfindZ(21 N. Main St.) Things will be a little different than in the past, as I will be curating your yarn choices for you. So, all you need to do is pick a yarn color from the choices I provide and it will be wound and ready to go for you in class. This is a one night class to learn the technique. Hey remember me? It's been a busy two weeks closing down the shop, but it's officially done as of today. I would like to publicly acknowledge my ENTIRE family for all their help not only in the last two weeks but over the past 15 years. I am very blessed and I know that. I am thrilled to announce that I will be teaching classes Gallery located at 21 N. Main St. And I even got to bring my old knitting table down there. Stay tuned. I will be announcing the first class in a few days. Enjoy the sunshine today, all!😊

I have literally been winging this the whole time and the pockets were no exception!! They turned out exactly the way I pictured them! It's unlikely that I will finish before next Friday, but that's okay. It's bringing me so much joy reminiscing through all the various yarns I have carried over the years🥰
