The Museum Store will be closed on Tuesday, April 21 and Wednesday, April 22 for new flooring, but the goods have not vanished. They’ve merely relocated.

Find our pop-up shop in the Nook Cafe while the Store gets a fresh footing.

We spent time capturing the house, the museum store, and some of the details that make this place so special. From books and gifts to corners of the historic home you can only fully appreciate in person, we loved getting to showcase it all.

Tom Sawyer appears to be in the building. 🎨

Our Store is getting a fresh coat of paint today, so the Mark Twain Store will be closed Wednesday, March 18.

But never fear. We’ll have a pop-up store in the Nook Café on the second floor of the Museum Center, so you can still shop while you visit.

And, of course, you can always browse online at www.marktwainhousestore.org.

A little paint, a little mischief, and soon the Store will be looking better than ever.
