Salt Price Update:

Due to a severe salt shortage and inflated trucking, all bulk salt pricing is increasing. We anticipate this to be the last increase. This increase is primarily due to the logistics of getting the salt to our yard. Many do not fully understand how unavailable salt really is. We had the choice to "be out of salt" or dig down and source new connections to at least make it available for our customers, even if it is at a higher rate. We urge contractors to talk with their customers about salt surcharges and bill accordingly.

Yes there is a shortage, yes prices are up, but we do STILL HAVE SALT! Currently semi’s of 50 # bag salt are not available. We do still have some bag salt available at our store for those getting a pallet or two. This is causing HUGE demand for supersacks. We currently have a waiting list for semi loads of supersacks (we are still sending them out as fast as we can!) This has also caused a log jam with sending out full quads of purple (getting caught up on supersack orders) but we do have White salt readily available. So please continue being patient, we are working crazy hours to get product out as fast as possible! We can’t thank our team enough! Hopefully this week with no major snow events in the forecast we can get completely caught up! Again we can’t thank our team enough! What a start to the season! Thank You!

As we enter a massive salt shortage please note the following:

As of tomorrow pricing has increased across the board. (12/10) We are doing our absolute best to keep products in stock and delivery times short. Please exercise patience and understanding during these trying times.

For questions on whats in stock please call our office. Contractors who have a past due balance will not be serviced.
